Rachel Ning (12) is the Business/Social Media Manager and PDA Editor of the TALON Yearbook, and this is her fourth year on staff. This year, Rachel is excited to meet the new members of journalism and focus on outreach towards the community. In her free time, Rachel loves discovering new shows and films, watching stand up comedy, and being outdoors especially with her dog.
