Weekly Previews: Oct. 4-10

Football

Coming off a 38-44 loss to Priory last Friday, the varsity football team will face off against Marina High School at home this Saturday at 6:00 p.m. for the annual Homecoming Game.

Water Polo

The varsity boys, junior varsity boys and varsity girls water polo teams will play Gunn High School at home this Tuesday at 4:30 p.m, 5:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m, respectively. The girls team will then face Castilleja High School on Thursday at 4:30 p.m., and the junior varsity boys will travel to Westmont High the following day for their match at 5:00 p.m. Then, on Saturday, the boys junior varsity and varsity teams will play Palo Alto at home at 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., respectively. The girls team will wrap up this week’s slate of water polo action with their match against Menlo-Atherton at 1:45 p.m.

Girls Tennis

The varsity girls tennis team, which currently has a league record of 5-0, looks to continue their win streak in their home game against Menlo this Tuesday at 4:15 p.m.

Girls Volleyball

The freshman girls volleyball team will travel to Prospect High this Thursday for their away match at 3:45 p.m. The junior varsity and varsity girls volleyball teams will then face Castilleja High School on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., respectively.

Girls Golf

The varsity girls golf team, who won all three of their matches last week, will play Los Altos High School tomorrow at 3:45 p.m. at the Bay View Golf Club.

Cross Country

The cross country team will travel to Crystal Springs Cross Country Park to participate in the first West Bay Athletic League (WBAL) meet of the season this Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
