Students, faculty celebrate Halloween with creative costumes

by Alysa Suleiman

This year’s Halloween showcased a variegated barrage of unique costumes. Either humorous, traditionally terrifying or a classic; simple, complex, or colorful, costumes reflected the personalities and spirit of the upper school body.

Students and faculty put their creativity to the test and donned tutus, bright red clown noses, handmade shirts and a variety of colorful costume pieces, populating classrooms and hallways with angels, cowboys and Teletubbies alike.

Students who dressed up in costumes were invited to check in at the spirit booth outside Manzanita to win spirit points for their class. Spirit club also hosted their annual “best costume” contest, eligible for all students and faculty.
