Here’s how to make apple pie potstickers with Aquila. This recipe yields around 16 potstickers. Here are the ingredients you’ll need for this recipe. Feel free to pause the video to write them down.
First, peel the apple carefully, then dice into small, uniform cubes. Make sure they aren’t too big, or wrapping them later will be difficult.
Next, turn the fire to medium heat, and in a pot mix together a tablespoon of butter and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Add one tablespoon of water and a sixth cup of sugar. Mix until fully combined. Finally, add your diced apples and coat each cube evenly with the mixture.
Once the mixture bubbles again, mix 2 teaspoons of cornstarch and one tablespoon of water. It’ll act as a thickener. Once you mix that in, put on the lid and wait until the sauce is thick and your apples are brown and soft.
Take your apple pie filling off the stove and let it cool.
I’m using thinner wonton wrappers, so I’m sticking two together with water. If you have thick dumpling wrappers, just use one.
Add in a small spoon of the apple pie filling. Don’t put too much or your potstickers will burst. Next, dip your finger and water and dab it evenly along the border of the wrapper.
Fold your wrapper in half and slowly seal it from the center out, making sure there are absolutely no holes. Repeat until you use up all your filling.
For the coating, mix sugar and cinnamon in a 3 to 1 ratio and spread it out on a plate. Also prepare melted butter.
Brush melted butter onto your potsticker, then lightly tap it on the coating. Don’t worry if it’s uneven.
Bake the potstickers at 375 degrees for around 15 minutes in an oven, or 20 minutes in an air fryer.
Carefully take them out and let them cool. Finally, enjoy this delicious fall snack!

![“[Building nerf blasters] became this outlet of creativity for me that hasn't been matched by anything else. The process [of] making a build complete to your desire is such a painstakingly difficult process, but I've had to learn from [the skills needed from] soldering to proper painting. There's so many different options for everything, if you think about it, it exists. The best part is [that] if it doesn't exist, you can build it yourself," Ishaan Parate said.](https://harkeraquila.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/DSC_8149-900x604.jpg)

It helped me overcome my fear of public speaking, and it's played such a major role in who I've become today. To be able to successfully lead a chapter of 150 students, an officer team and be one of the upperclassmen I once really admired is something I'm [really] proud of,” Anvitha Tummala ('21) said.](https://harkeraquila.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Screen-Shot-2021-07-25-at-9.50.05-AM-900x594.png)

If you just hit the ball in a smart way, then it still scores points and you’re good at it. You could be a background player and still make a much bigger impact on the team than you would think,” Anya Gert (’20) said.](https://harkeraquila.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/AnnaGert_JinTuan_HoHPhotoEdited-600x900.jpeg)

I know that there's a lot of people that are really confident in what they do, and I really admire them. Everyone's so driven and that has really pushed me to kind of try to find my own place in high school and be more confident,” Alyssa Huang (’20) said.](https://harkeraquila.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/AlyssaHuang_EmilyChen_HoHPhoto-900x749.jpeg)
