Teacher arrested for misconduct

Middle school math teacher Dr. David Scott Graham was arrested on Sept. 29 at the Blackford Campus on charges of sexual misconduct involving a minor, related to an alleged assault that took place in 2007 involving a student of The Harker School who has since graduated.
According to the San Jose Police Department, the alleged victim told a friend in late July about the assault that took place in 2007, when she was 13 years old.
Dr. Graham has been placed on administrative leave.
