Aquila reporters wandered around the NSPEA/JEA National Journalism Convention collecting the stories of some of the teachers and students they met. These journalists share their thoughts and experiences at the San Diego JEA/NSPA National High School Journalism Convention.

I got asked to prom this week. It’s exciting because I’ve never been asked to anything before. Me and my friends went hiking. When I got to the top, my friend was there with a sign and flowers.

Professionally, I would say that literacy of the next century is for those who can learn, unlearn, and then relearn. I borrowed that quote from someone famous that I don’t remember.
