Flatbread sandwiches require only two ingredients: flatbread thins and nut butter. Try this snack to satisfy your stomach!

When the time comes for studying, most students react to food differently: some avoid it completely, and some battle the urge to eat everything in sight. Try these healthy study snacks in order to fuel your body properly.

Flatbread Thin Sandwiches

These simple yet tasty sandwiches take under five minutes to make. Flatbread thins, a crispy alternative to bread, are light and flavorful, while nut butters are loaded with essential healthy fats and protein.

Ingredients:
Flatbread thins
Nut butter of choice (peanut, almond, and cashew will all work!)

To prepare:
1. Spread butter of choice on flatbread thins.
2. Stick two thins on top of each other.

Spinach Chips

Spinach Chips make for a light yet filling snack. Spinach has many health benefits with a high antioxidant count, while olive oil contains healthy fats.

Ingredients:
Washed spinach leaves
Olive oil
Bread crumbs
Oven-safe pan

To prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Lightly sprinkle each spinach leaf with olive oil.
3. Place a small amount of bread crumbs on top of each leaf.
4. Put the seasoned leaves into the oven.
5. Remove the leaves from the oven after five to seven minutes. Depending on how crispy you want the spinach chips to be, feel free to add or remove baking time.

Ants on a Log

Though the name may sound disgusting, the actual snack tastes delicious. Like the Flatbread thins, this treat can also be prepared very quickly. Raisins are high in antioxidants, while celery hydrates the body.

Ingredients:
Washed celery
Nut butter of choice (peanut, almond, and cashew will all work!)
Raisins

To prepare:
1. Spread nut butter onto celery stalks.
2. Stick raisins on top of the nut butter.
3. Tell your entire family that you’re currently eating “Ants on a Log.”

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Fruit and Yogurt parfaits are refreshing and cooling snacks. After a long day of work, sit back and enjoy a well-deserved, sweet treat.

Ingredients:
Washed, cut fruit – strawberries, peaches, blueberries, nectarines, and apples all work well.
Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
Granola (optional)
Nuts (optional)
A tall cup

To prepare:
1. Start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt to the cup.
2. If desired, follow up with a layer of granola and nuts.
3. Continue by adding a layer of fruit.
4. Repeat all three steps as many times as necessary, then enjoy!

Banana Popsicles

Banana popsicles are filling, nutritious, and delicious. If you are craving the sweetness of ice cream, try to fulfill the craving by eating a frozen banana.

Ingredients:
A banana
Nut butter of choice (peanut, almond, and cashew will all work!)
Nuts (optional)
Popsicle stick

To prepare:
1. Stick the popsicle stick onto the banana.
2. Lightly coat the banana in desired nut butter.
3. If desired, place nuts on top of the banana.
4. Place the banana into the freezer until mostly frozen.
5. Enjoy the banana popsicle!
