Thursday
Green Team invited co-chair of the ESRAG (Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group) Plastic Solutions Task Force Tami Mulcahy to speak to students about the dangers of plastic. She emphasized that plastics can persist in the environment for centuries, leading to negative consequences for human health.
Students played badminton on Davis Field during a club meeting jointly hosted by Women in Sports Club and Badminton Club.
Friday
Sophomore class council held Game Night for an afternoon of class bonding, inviting students to have fun with Just Dance, karaoke and board games.
DECA students attended a movie night to celebrate their last study session of the DECA competition season, enjoying pizza and the movie “Zootopia” as part of DECA Advocacy Month.
