Talk Around Campus: How has the September heat wave affected your lifestyle?
The Bay Area’s recent heat wave broke records in three cities last Sunday. San Francisco reached a high of 96 degrees, breaking the 1990 record of 94 degrees. Richmond rose to 97 degrees, topping the 94 degree record set in 1967, while Gilroy recorded a temperature of 104 degrees, which surpassed a high of 101 in 2000. Students and faculty from the Upper School discussed the changes to their lifestyles as a result of the high temperatures.
