Today at 12:15, JSA sponsored a debate between teachers Ray Fowler and Andrew Irvine, who argued whether or not cell phones should be allowed on campus. Fowler insisted that cell phones should not be allowed as they are a distraction, while Irvine argued that cell phones can be very useful for safety and emergency purposes. The students unanimously voted in favor of Irvine, leading him to win the debate.
