SpaceX Dragon
Sponsored by SpaceX, a private company made to advance space technology, Dragon is the only functioning aircraft that can bring loads of cargo back to Earth safely from the International Space Station (ISS). According to the company’s website, Dragon’s last successful mission contained 2,300 pounds of pressurized and unpressurized cargo to the ISS on March 3, 2013. SpaceX is currently working on carrying crew to space and back. More information can be found on SpaceX’s website at www.spacex.com.
