School meeting recap 3/6/2020: Soccer semifinals, Downbeat performance and basketball competition

Avi Gulati (12) welcomed everyone to school meeting.

Adhya Hoskote (12), Meona Khetrapal (11) and Rohan Varma (11) gave the Eagle Update. Boys soccer won NORCAL semifinals. Upper school director of student organizations Eric Kallbrier asked the boys soccer team to come up to the front and had a photo of them taken with the student body in the background.

Downbeat performed the songs “Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho,” “lovely” by Billie Eilish and Khalid and “Na Na Na” by Pentatonix.

Lastly, students from all grades and faculty members played a game of “knockout” basketball, which Arjun Virmani (11) won.

Avi ended the school meeting by announcing a high of 65 and a low of 49 degrees Fahrenheit.
